Robert Juler

Business Development

Robert has been leading technology based companies for the entirety of his career leading people in high growth environments.  He was on the founding team of a startup in the transportation sector where he led the marine division at ETS and was responsible for raising capital via Regulation D 506(b) private placement. He also led strategic marketing for product introduction, competitive strategies and market segmentation at Freescale. As a multi-time startup leader he also built a family-owned risk engineering firm into a multi-million dollar company serving the energy industry.

 

Robert holds an MBA focused in strategy and a Bachelor’s of Science in Organic Chemistry.

 

Robert lives with his wife and three daughters in Austin, Texas.

Rachel Juler

Marketing & Product Development

Rachel has over 30 years of experience in engineering consulting across the semiconductor, aerospace, and energy sectors. As Managing Director at JGI, she spearheaded the development and implementation of risk management processes in high-growth environments. She has managed all aspects of consulting services, including business development, account management, client services, and project budgeting.

 

Rachel has extensive knowledge and training in digital marketing, brand development, and online advertising. As an entrepreneur, she understands the challenges of starting, running, and growing a business in today's online environment. She is also a course creator, developer, and real estate investor, bringing a diverse skill set to her role at Shop Success.

 

Rachel holds a Bachelor's of Engineering from the University of Texas.

 

Rachel lives with her husband and three daughters in Austin, Texas.

Keith Rakowski

Sales & Customer Success

Keith has been leading sales, accounting and finance teams across diverse industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Technology, and Telecommunications during his career. He led a CRM platform adoption in Sales Management at Scott Systems where he drove B2B SaaS sales.  He also directed continuous improvement at Insight Electronics resulting in significant developments in operational efficiency. Keith led multifunctional teams in the adoption of software platforms with new customers.  He worked at small to mid-cap companies in Automotive, Aerospace and Telecommunications. His diverse experience in sales, accounting and finance, and software gives him a unique perspective on how to solve customer problems. 

 

Keith holds degrees in computer and information science, and accounting and finance.

 

Keith has the good fortune of living in Carlsbad, California.
